D-RisQ Ltd is proud to announce its selection as one of the pioneering companies joining Mobilise — a prestigious innovation accelerator funded by the UK Government through the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) and the Centre for Connected and Automated Vehicles. The programme is delivered by the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK (APC) in partnership with Zenzic, and supports the next generation of high-growth UK companies driving forward clean, connected mobility.

Through Mobilise, D-RisQ will receive tailored mentorship, strategic support, and grant funding of up to £180,000 to accelerate the commercialisation of its Proof Tool Suite — a unique collection of automated software verification tools for embedded systems in safety-critical environments such as automotive, aerospace, MedTech, and space.

Nick Tudor, CEO and co-founder of D-RisQ. “After going through a highly competitive selection process for Mobilise, it is great to be recognised as a company that can have a role in the development of cleaner and automated mobility.  Based on the use of our high integrity software verification technologies, we look forward to increasing our partners’ productivity and helping them to get their products to market faster and more cost effectively whilst also meeting regulatory requirements for software.”

Head of Product at the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK, Josh Denne said: “We are delighted to be working with as part of our business accelerator, D-RisQ, supporting them to strengthen their business and help the global efforts to decarbonise transport. The technology developed by companies like D-RisQ could play a crucial role in the automotive industry’s net-zero carbon future. We are excited to support them on their growth journey ensuring their innovative technology becomes commercially viable.”

Mobilise brings together ambitious SMEs and spinouts developing early-stage zero-emission technologies and connected and automated mobility (CAM) solutions. Delivered in two phases over 18 months, the programme combines commercialisation strategy, technical validation, investment readiness, and leadership development. Participants benefit from access to expert mentors, investor networks, and CAM Testbed UK — world-class facilities for trialling and validating mobility technologies.

D-RisQ’s Proof Tool Suite offers an end-to-end solution for verifying embedded software — from early-stage requirements through to executable code — all underpinned by formal methods. This means software intended for critical vehicle systems like battery management, autonomous decision-making, and real-time control can be developed with mathematically proven reliability and compliance to safety standards such as ISO 26262.

As D-RisQ continues to scale its impact, the support and visibility offered through Mobilise is expected to play a pivotal role in its journey toward becoming a leader in embedded software assurance.

About the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK

The Advanced Propulsion Centre UK (APC) collaborates with UK government, the automotive industry, and academia to facilitate driving research and investment in zero emission vehicle manufacturing. Established in 2013 and jointly funded by the Department for Business and Trade (DBT and the automotive industry, the APC accelerates the technologies that support the transition to zero-emission vehicle manufacturing and towards a net-zero automotive supply chain in the UK. With a proven track record, the APC has facilitated funding for 354 low-carbon and zero emission projects involving 614 partners. Working with companies of all sizes, this funding since 2013 is estimated to have helped create or safeguard over 59,000 jobs in the UK. The technologies and products are projected to save over 425 million tonnes of CO2. The APC is committed to sustaining and enhancing the UK’s long-term automotive capabilities and investments through knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and innovation. Focus in the following three key areas - Innovation, Scale-up, and Transformation - is driving innovation and investment in a globally competitive zero-emission vehicle supply chain, and building a strong economy through the delivery of safer, smarter, more sustainable, and affordable mobility:

Innovation Funding product and process innovation of strategic and disruptive technologies for zero emission vehicles, including digital tools and AI-driven processes. Scale-up Accelerating manufacturing by catalysing investment in advanced technologies for zero emission vehicles, scaling-up sustainable production processes. Transformation Driving capital investment in an internationally competitive EV supply chain and upgrading or establishing new plants, securing future zero-emission vehicle assembly in the UK.
